To provide a crack on a concrete surface specification method, a crack specification device, and a crack specification system and a program for performing highly accurate crack detection while shortening analysis time of crack detection.SOLUTION: A crack specification method includes: an input image creation step of inputting a photographed image of a concrete surface to a computer to create an input image; a drawing step of creating an assumption crack drawing line by extracting an assumption crack assumed to be a crack from the input image on the basis of learning information obtained by causing the computer to learn characteristics of cracks, and creating a drawing included image; an image creation step of executing wavelet transformation processing of the drawing included image and creating a wavelet image with each pixel having a wavelet coefficient; and a binary image creation step of binarizing each pixel of the wavelet image to create a binarized image by using a wavelet coefficient table to be a threshold of the wavelet coefficient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
