To provide a method for analyzing biomolecules using a nanoplasmonic sensor.SOLUTION: A method for analyzing biomolecules in the present invention comprises: providing a nanoplasmonic sensor comprising a dielectric grating that extends in one direction, and a metal structure that covers the upper surface and one side surface of the dielectric grating and has at least one folded part; fixing a first probe molecule on the surface of the metal structure; introducing an analyte having a base sequence complementary to the first probe molecule, to hybridize the analyte with the first probe molecule; binding a second probe molecule that hybridizes with the first probe molecule to the analyte; binding an enzyme to the second probe molecule; introducing a substrate that reacts with the enzyme, to generate a precipitate with the enzyme reaction; and measuring a local surface plasmon resonance phenomenon in the metal structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
