PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate desired electric power even when the current flowing through a transmission line is small, and to minimize the generation of surplus electric power when the current is large. A current transformer 10 is wound around a magnetic core 11 that can be attached to a transmission line as a primary winding, a power generation coil 12 as a secondary winding wound around the magnetic core 11, and a magnetic core 11.
