To provide a direct-acting mechanism of an injection molding machine having easiness to obtain linear guides and good degree of freedom of arrangement of the linear guides.SOLUTION: A direct-acting mechanism 10 moving, toward a machine stand 14 supporting an injection unit 16, the injection unit 16 to its cross direction, is equipped with: a pair of first linear guides 26 for direct-acting the injection unit 16 toward the machine stand 14; and one or more sets of a pair of second linear guides 28 provided on a rear direction side toward the pair of first linear guides 26 and allowing the injection unit 16 to direct-act toward the machine stand 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
