PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real-time learning method, an apparatus, a server, a system, a device, a storage medium, and a program of an autonomous driving vehicle traveling plan. According to the present invention, when an autonomous driving vehicle cannot generate a first travel plan, it records the travel locus of another vehicle on the road (S11) and uses the same travel locus. When the number of vehicles exceeds a preset first quantity threshold, a second travel plan is generated using the same travel locus (S12), and the automatic operation is performed using the second travel plan. It includes controlling the running of the vehicle (S13). According to the present invention, it is possible to effectively cope with a situation in which an autonomous driving vehicle cannot normally generate a travel plan. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
