PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a concrete structural frame having excellent strength at a low cost, having a good appearance, and having a heat insulating performance. SOLUTION: A formwork 1 also used as a heat insulating decorative plate is made of a paulownia plate having a thickness of 30 mm or more, and a connecting groove 2 into which connecting tools 3, 4 and 5 are inserted is formed on an end surface.
