PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a looseness detection system of an axial force member capable of stepwise determining looseness of an axial force member based on a measurement result of a vibration detection device. SOLUTION: This is a bolt loosening detection system that determines an axial force by vibration generated from a bolt to which an external force is applied. Then, an estimation formula creation unit 42 that creates an axial force estimation formula based on a plurality of natural frequencies obtained by vibration generated from a bolt whose axial force is known, and a vibration device for applying an external force to the bolt to be inspected. From 2 and the vibration detection device 3 that measures the bolt vibration generated by it, and the peak frequency and amplitude obtained by frequency analysis of the detected bolt vibration, a plurality of values are used in the axial force estimation formula. It includes an axial force estimation unit 43 that estimates the axial force of the inspection target bolt by inputting, and a looseness determination unit 44 that determines looseness of the inspection target bolt based on the estimation result.
