To solve problems concerning current inheritance procedures of banks at the time when a deposits-person dies, in which the banks perform confirmation with copies of a person's family register and specification of the deposits of the deposits-person on the basis of the claim from an heir, and accept the refund of the deposits, and the burdens on the heir are heavy concerning the handling by the current inheritance procedures, and therefore smooth procedures and property scattering prevention are not secured.SOLUTION: An applicant and a recipient sign a written contract with banks, and thereby the recipient at the death of the applicant and an account of the general deposit of the recipient is previously specified during the lifetime. When the applicant dies, documents that proves applicant's death and recipient's life such as copies of a person's family register are confirmed, and thereby the deposits of the applicant are transferred to the account of the general deposits of the recipient.
