PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate wasteful disposal of not only a central portion of a mat receiving an arrow but also an outer portion thereof for sports blow arrow practice. SOLUTION: The entire mat 22 is formed of a central mat Ma and four outer mats Mb to Me surrounding the central mat Ma, and each of these mats is detachably attached by a holding means 31 provided on the surface of a back plate 30. Since the mat is held, even if the arrows are concentrated on the outer area of the central mat Ma, it is possible to prevent unnecessary disposal of the mat by replacing only the outer mat including that area.
