Gamma ray camera with liquid argon detector

【Task】 With the development of a large, portable gamma-ray camera, the aim is to further popularize medical diagnostic imaging (PET / SPECT) examinations and to utilize them for illegal transportation inspections of radioactive substances at ports, airports, barriers, etc. By using a liquid argon detector that has been subdivided and cellized, the degree of freedom in design is increased, and a gamma ray camera having a shape suitable for the application is realized.
