To provide a system and method for use in current balancing of a three-phase AC power supply.SOLUTION: A system 100 includes power supply units 112, 114, and 116. Each of the power supply units 112, 114, and 116 has an input connected to the output of a three-phase power supply, and a neutral conductor. Each of a plurality of loads 130, 132, and 134 is connected to the DC output of one power supply unit. Each load includes a component with adjustable power consumption. The controller 126 is connected to each of the power supply units 112, 114, and 116 and each of the loads 130, 132, and 134. The controller 126 compares the power consumption of each of the loads 130, 132, and 134 with an average value. The controller 126 adjusts the power consumption of the at least one load to balance the power consumption among the loads 130, 132, and 134.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
