To provide a polyester resin composition being flexible and having hydrolysis resistance, adhesive properties with a foreign resin, and low-temperature impact resistance in a well-balanced state, suitable for a molded product for a car exterior part.SOLUTION: A polyester resin composition is obtained by mixing a carbodiimide compound (D) of 0.1-5 pts.mass with a resin composition 100 pts.mass containing a polybutylene terephthalate resin (A) of 40-65 pts.mass; a crystalline polyester elastomer (B) of 15-50 pts.mass; and a modified olefinic resin (C) of 5-20 pts.mass. In the polyester resin composition, intrinsic viscosity of the polybutylene terephthalate resin (A) is 0.65-0.80 dl/g, inclusive.SELECTED DRAWING: None
