PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction creation protocol and a recipient address creation method for solving a vulnerability that a transaction is completed without the consent of a receiver in a blockchain method. First, a sender sends information to a recipient with his / her own address, a public key for verification, and an electronic signature attached without entering a recipient address. Next, the recipient creates an electronic signature for the transaction excluding the electronic signature with his / her own private key if the sent electronic signature can be verified and verified, and the public key and electronic signature corresponding to the private key are used. A new address is created, set as the recipient address, and the public key and digital signature are returned to the sender. [Effect] It is possible to prevent the recipient address published in a certain transaction from being used in subsequent transactions, and to eliminate the vulnerability of the conventional protocol that the transaction is completed without the consent of the recipient.
