MAGNETIC COATING COMPOSITION, MAGNETIC COATING MATERIAL, MAGNETIC PUTTY, AND BUILDING MATERIAL USING THEM

To provide a soft magnetic aqueous coating material which is applied to a surface of a building material such as wallpaper and a gypsum board to make the surface a white indoor wall surface to which magnet is adsorbed, greatly suppresses occurrence of rust, and is not black but white and is at least gray.SOLUTION: A white magnetic coating composition is obtained by dispersing mixed powder containing 100 pts.wt. of iron powder having an average particle diameter of 20 μm or more and 5-30 pts.wt. of zinc powder having an average particle diameter of 2 μm or more and is equal to or smaller than 1/10 of the average particle diameter of the iron powder, into an aqueous resin coating containing titanium oxide as a white pigment. To the composition, 5-30 pts. wt. of gypsum hemihydrate with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the aqueous resin coating may be finally added and mixed. An interior material provided on the surface of the aqueous magnetic coating is a white-like color, becomes a wall surface sucked by a magnet, and shows strong resistance to rust.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
