PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shunt device having a low possibility of being occluded by an endothelial tissue. SOLUTION: A shunt device for diverting cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) from a space containing CSF to a sinus cavity 21 is for inserting a tubular entrance element, a flow restrictor, and a sinus cavity. It includes a tubular outlet element having an outlet end 17 with an outlet opening 19 and a one-way valve that prevents flow from the outlet opening to the inlet opening.
