To provide a combined cycle power generation facility having a function of recovery of thermal energy with respect to rise in outlet exhaust gas temperature due to adhesion of scales with time on the inside or outside of a heat transfer pipe of an exhaust heat recovery boiler, at the outside of the exhaust heat recovery boiler.SOLUTION: In a combined cycle power generation facility, a pipe group is installed on a gas duct or a chimney located at the downstream of an exhaust heat recovery boiler connected from a condensate pump downstream side, exchanges heat which cannot be fully recovered by the exhaust heat recovery boiler with supply water by the pipe group located at the gas duct or the chimney located at the downstream of the exhaust heat recovery boiler, and returns the supply water to a water supply system again.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
