To provide a partial discharge detection device, a partial discharge detection method, a partial discharge detection system, and a computer program product, which can detect partial discharge more easily.SOLUTION: The partial discharge detection device according to the embodiment includes an electric signal acquisition unit, a phase acquisition unit, a feature information determination unit, and a partial discharge detection unit. The electric signal acquisition unit acquires an electric signal generated by discharge of an electric device. The phase acquisition unit acquires a phase of a wave generated from a power source. The feature information determination unit determines one or more piece of feature information indicating the characteristics of the waveform of the electrical signal for every cycle defined with the phase as a reference. A relative information generation unit generates relative information indicating a relative relationship between the plurality of pieces of feature information. In the case where the relative information satisfies a predetermined condition, the partial discharge detection unit determines that partial discharge has occurred in the electric device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
