A desired boarding conditions acquisition unit 12 acquires desired boarding conditions including a first area and first time for which a user U1 desires to get on the share-ride vehicle. A desired getting-off conditions acquiring unit 13 acquires desired getting-off conditions including a second area and second time for which the user U1 desires to get off from the vehicle.
