To provide means for adjusting wake-up cortisol concentration.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a composition for adjusting wake-up cortisol concentration, containing lactoferrin as an active ingredient. The cortisol concentration may be a blood or salivary cortisol concentration. The composition of the present invention can, for example, when administered to a human having a high wake-up cortisol concentration, reduce the concentration, or, when administered to a human having a low wake-up cortisol concentration, increase the concentration.
