To provide a cognitive function determination system capable of determining a cognitive function of an object person on the basis of an activity amount of the object person.SOLUTION: A cognitive function determination system includes: an acquisition unit 24 for acquiring activity amount information showing an activity amount of an object person; a specification unit 26 for specifying an activity continuation period being a period when the activity amount exceeds a threshold on the basis of the acquired activity amount information; a calculation unit 27 for calculating a similarity between a relative frequency distribution of the length of the specified activity continuation period and a function F=1/T (F: a relative frequency, T: an activity continuation period); and a determination unit 28 for determining a cognitive function of the object person on the basis of difference between a first similarity being the similarity based on the activity amount of the object person in a first period and a second similarity being the similarity based on the activity amount of the object person in a second period later than the first period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
