PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content collecting device, a content collecting method and a content collecting program capable of efficiently collecting contents. A content collecting device according to an embodiment includes a storage unit, a determination unit, and an acquisition unit. The storage unit stores a part of the contents in the content group having a plurality of contents continuously associated with a plurality of links as the first content. The determination unit determines the remaining content of the content group as the second content to be acquired, based on the information contained in some content. The acquisition unit acquires the second content determined as the acquisition target by the determination unit via the network, and stores the acquired second content as the first content in the storage unit.
