A lower end of the longeron contacts a bottom in a state where the longeron is attached to the spout, and therefore the longeron pushes a pedestal downward, and a tension is generated in the vertical direction in a side portion of a bag body, or a strap or a membrane equivalent to the strap, as a result that the spout and the pedestal are being separated in the vertical direction.
