SOLUTION: A pouch main body 2 having a bag storage portion Q, and a backpack bag main body attached to the pouch main body 2 so as to be able to be stored in the bag storage portion Q and expanded from the bag storage portion Q. 20 and a belt member 30 attached to the pouch main body 2 and also serving as a shoulder strap and a waist-wrapping belt. The pouch main body 2 is configured to be arranged in the upper half 20b of the back carrying bag main body 20 in a state where the back carrying bag main body 20 is deployed from the inside of the bag storage portion Q. The belt member 30 includes a pair of belt-shaped belt portions 32 extending from the pouch body 2 to the opposite side in the left-right direction, and the tip portions 36 of the belt portions 32 can be fastened to each other, and the belt portions 32 can be fastened to each other.
