PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a middle ear sound transmission feature evaluation system capable of proposing an optimal surgical operation content.;SOLUTION: A middle ear sound transmission feature evaluation system comprises: a probe; an actuator for vibrating the probe; a measurement prove which includes a force sensor for outputting a voltage according to reaction applied to the actuator when a tip of the probe is brought into contact with an ear ossicle; an electrode which is installed on a cochlear window or in the vicinity thereof, and detects a potential value of a cochlear microphone when vibration is applied to the ear ossicle by the probe; a database for storing a sensor voltage value output from the force sensor before treatment by surgery, a potential value detected from the electrode, and a surgery content; and a surgery content proposal part for, on the basis of magnitude of at least any one of the sensor voltage value measured before surgery and the measured potential value, referring to the sensor voltage value, the potential value and the surgery content in the database, for proposing the optimal surgery content.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
