The standard deviation calculation section calculates a standard deviation of the plurality of temperature variations. The first determination section determines whether the standard deviation is equal to or greater than a first threshold value or not. The second determination section determines whether the standard deviation is equal to or less than a second threshold value which is smaller than the first threshold value or not.
