To provide a computing device for which a more robust partition arrangement can be calculated, a database system, a computing system, a computing method, a program and a storage medium.SOLUTION: The computing device executes calculation concerning a database system 10 in which a piece of database is divided into multiple partitions and placed on multiple nodes. The computing device is configured to accept a piece of statistical information about the multiple partitions and multiple nodes collected by the multiple nodes, generate a piece of fluctuation information using the statistical information and a piece of perturbation information corresponding to statistical variations of statistical information, and by using the statistical information and the fluctuation information, calculate the arrangement of multiple partitions on multiple nodes to thereby improve the performance of the database system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
