To provide a tongue body image processing method capable of acquiring an image suitable for determination of a state of an oral cavity of a subject, an estimation method for estimating an inclusion level of a discomfort odorous component in an expired gas, a tongue body image processor and a program.SOLUTION: A tongue body image processing method comprises: an imaging step for imaging an image including a tongue body of a subject used for determining a state of an oral cavity of a subject; and a resolution setting step for setting resolution of a still picture used for determining the state of the oral cavity of the subject, in the resolution setting step, a pixel size of the resolution set in the same step, is larger than a diameter of a filamentous mamilla of the tongue body included in the image imaged in the imaging step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
