To provide a headrest stay that can support a head part of a sitter while reducing cost required for manufacturing a headrest and reducing weight of the headrest, and to provide a headrest including the headrest stay.SOLUTION: A headrest stay for a headrest which is fitted to a vehicular seat is arranged while having an interval therebetween in a width direction of a headrest and includes at least four extension parts extending in a vertical direction of the headrest.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
