To provide humanized monoclonal antibodies or antibody fragments thereof that selectively inhibit the enzymatic activity of endothelial lipase, or pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same.SOLUTION: Provided is an injection preparation comprising a humanized monoclonal antibody against endothelial lipase or a fragment thereof with specific binding ability to vascular endothelial lipase, where the antibody comprises a heavy chain variable region including specific amino acid sequences as CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3, and a light chain variable region including specific amino acid sequences as CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3.SELECTED DRAWING: None
