To provide digital behavioral twins for collision avoidance.SOLUTION: The present disclosure includes embodiments for digital behavioral twins for collision avoidance. In some embodiments, the method includes recording digital data for describing driving situations, and driving behaviors of a remote vehicle and an own vehicle in the driving situations. In some embodiments, one or more of the remote vehicle and the own vehicle are connected vehicles. The method includes specifying a risk of collision involving one or more of the remote vehicle and the own vehicle based on first digital behavioral twins of the remote vehicle, second digital behavioral twins of the own vehicle, and the digital data.
