To provide a progressive and novel leakage structure and manufacturing method that can be applied to bonding, welding, treatment, lighting, etc., and leaks a part of a light beam transmitted by repeating total reflection in a PD line to the outside of the line.SOLUTION: In a bubble PD line 1, as means of leaking a part of a light beam repeating total reflection in the line, at the time of manufacturing the bubble PD line 1, it is manufactured by confining air bubbles 10 (bubbles) inside the bubble PD line 1 at the same time, and the direction of an optical axis is changed by utilizing the difference in refractive index at the boundary surface between the bubble 10 and the inside of the PD line, so that the part of the light beam is refracted rather than totally reflected, and then the part of the light beam is leaked to the outside of the line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
