To enable efficiently executing subscription management of a member of a consortium type block chain while ensuring reliability.SOLUTION: A distributed ledger node 2000 of an organization management support system 100 comprises: a request unit 21500 that, when receiving a request for new participation to the business network from a node of a certain organization, requests nodes in other organizations in a distributed ledger to determine whether or not to approve the participation to the business network; and a management unit 21400 that at least aggregates determination results made by the nodes of at least the above-mentioned other organizations, finally determines whether or not to approve the participation based on a result of aggregation, and answers a result of the final determination to the node of the certain organization.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
