To provide an environmental control system for a private room that can easily relieve stress without acquiring special knowledge and that has a low hurdle for system introduction.SOLUTION: An environmental control system includes a lighting device that is installed in a private room space and can change the illuminance or color temperature in the private room space, a video output device that outputs a video in the private room space, and a control device including a communication device capable of transmitting a control instruction to the lighting device and the video output device, and the control device controls the lighting device and the image output device to perform illumination relaxation control of reducing the illuminance or the color temperature in the private room space and video relaxation control of outputting a first image in the private room space, and then perform refresh control including illumination wakeup control of increasing the illuminance or color temperature in the private room space and video wakeup control of outputting a second image different from the first image in the private room space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
