PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a property information management system which is easy to use and information can be easily confirmed even if the owner is the first owner to request a house construction. SOLUTION: A server 10 has a basic information acquisition means 14a for acquiring and storing basic property information such as property name information, place name, place number information, and owner name information related to a property, which is basic information necessary for construction, for each property, and a property. Monetary information acquisition means 14b for acquiring and storing monetary information related to the construction of a property, planning information acquisition means 14c for acquiring and storing plan information related to the construction of a property, and progress information acquisition for acquiring and storing progress information for a property under construction.
