To make it possible to easily experience third person view point VR by using a third person view point VR system.SOLUTION: A third person view point VR system 1 is prepared, which comprises: a non-transmission type head-mounted display 11 that allows a user 10 wearing the head-mounted display on the head to watch a video; a camera 12 that picks up moving images including at least the user 10 wearing the head-mounted display 11; and a relay unit 13 that sends the moving images picked up by the camera 12 to the head-mounted display 11. The relay unit 13 sends out the moving images picked up by the camera 12 to the head-mounted display 11 in real time by using a communication line, such as an internet line, and the user 10 performs an activity while watching a video of themselves appeared on the head-mounted display 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
