CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR RAIL FOUNDATION AND RAIL FOUNDATION BLOCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail foundation block used for construction of a rail foundation of a portal crane.;SOLUTION: A rail foundation block 20, which is a concrete block precast at a unit length of at least 1 m, includes: a groove 33 for travel rail installation which extends in a longitudinal direction of an upper side 21, has openings 32 on both ends and has a substantially U shape in cross section of a peripheral surface 30; an installation surface 40 for travel rail installation established along the longitudinal direction on a bottom surface 34 of the groove; and a plurality of inserts 50 embedded at fixed intervals on both sides of the installation surface and used to fix a retaining fixture of the travel rail. By arranging the plurality of rail foundation blocks 20 in the longitudinal direction, a rail foundation 10 can be constructed at a low cost in a short period.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
