To solve a technical problem in developing a mattress capable of bringing muscles into a suitable tension state particularly when performing a stretch exercise for reducing stiffness and pain around a neck shoulder part.SOLUTION: A device for improving cervical shoulder pain is characterized in that: this device is constituted by containing an elastic core material 2 in a cover sheet 5; the elastic core material 2 is constituted by comprising support layers 21, 23 disposed in upper and lower sides, and an intermediate layer 22 disposed therebetween; the support layers 21, 23 employ foam rubber; and the intermediate layer 22 employs foam resin being softer than the support layers 21, 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
