To provide a dental implant prosthesis based on suction force of an open magnetic circuit type magnet using a magnetic shield.SOLUTION: A magnet structure 2 to be incorporated into a mucosal surface part of a resin dental plate 1 is a neodymium magnet whose principal components are Nd(neodymium), Fe(iron) and B(boron) and which has a material symbol adaptable to a living body, with the surface of the magnet covered with stainless steel 3 excellent in corrosion resistance as surface treatment. The magnetic field around the magnet structure is shielded by a magnetic shield 4 composed of a high permeability material (soft magnetic material) and a high conductivity material in order to prevent leakage of magnetic flux around the magnet structure. The shield is fixed to the magnet structure and the stainless steel by a magnetic structure fixation resin 5. A gap 7 is provided between the magnet structure and an oral mucosa 6 in order to prevent close contact. A keeper part 8 made of magnetic stainless steel is attached to a dental implant body 10 buried in an alveolar bone 9, is covered with the oral mucosa at the time of an implant primary surgical operation, and is made to remain under the oral mucosa at all times.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
