摘要

To provide a powder-manufacturing apparatus by a plasma rotating electrode method capable of preventing reduction in production efficiency of a metal powder by cooling an electrode member to heighten workability of replacement work of the electrode member.SOLUTION: The powder-manufacturing apparatus is constituted so as to manufacture a powder made of a metal or an alloy by irradiating the tip of a rotating elongated electrode member 12 with plasma inside a chamber 11. The electrode member 12 is made of a metal or an alloy having one end part 12a disposed inside the chamber 11 and another end part 12b disposed outside the chamber 11, and is arranged so as to rotate around a center axis along a longitudinal direction. The apparatus is constituted so that cooling means 14 can cool the other end part 12b of the electrode member 12 outside the camber 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
