The present invention relates to a method for enriching pancreatic progenitor cells from a cell population derived from pluripotent stem cells, induced pluripotent stem cells, and embryonic stem cells. Disclosed herein are markers for enrichment of pancreatic progenitor cells, CD51 and CD177, and CD275 for enrichment or depletion of hepatic progenitor cells.
