To provide a composition for treatment of textile articles, especially carpets, to make them water repellent, sol resistant and stain repellent.SOLUTION: A fluorine-free composition comprises: a first composition comprising an aqueous silicone emulsion, an aqueous dispersion of a silane quaternary ammonium salt, and water; and a second composition comprising a stain repellent component that is an aqueous dispersion of colloidal organosiloxane copolymers.SELECTED DRAWING: None
