Information acquisition step of acquiring information about the pressure difference ΔP of the non-Newtonian fluid between another point that is separated by a distance L on the downstream side of the flow, and the radius Rp, the flow rate Q, the distance L, and the pressure difference ΔP in the condition. And a calculation step of calculating three rheological characteristic values of the viscosity coefficient K, the viscosity index n, and the yield stress σ0 from the following equations (1) and (2).
