To provide a composite pipe, etc. in which displacement of an inner pipe hardly occurs, and which allows a heat insulating layer to be easily removed when pipes are connected to each other.SOLUTION: A mold release layer 5 is formed on the side of an outer periphery of an inner pipe 3. The mold release layer 5 is formed of a resin sheet 5a. The mold release layer 5 is formed by winding the resin sheet 5a spirally around the outer periphery of the inner tube 3. The resin sheet 5a adheres to the outer periphery of the inner tube 3. A heat insulating layer 7 is provided on an outer periphery of the mold release layer 5. In addition, an outer pipe 9 made of resin is provided on an outer periphery of the heat insulating layer 7. In other words, the heat insulating layer 7 is formed between the outer pipe 9 and the mold release layer 5. The heat insulating layer 7 is urethane foam. The heat insulating layer 7 can be formed by injecting the urethane foam into a gap between the inner pipe 3, on which the mold release layer 5 is formed, and the outer pipe 9 and by curing the same. Hereat, the mold release layer 5, the heat insulating layer 7, and the outer pipe 9 can be integrated because the urethane foam adheres to the outer pipe 9 and the mold release layer 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
