It contains sodium chloride or a mixture of iodine, sodium chloride and fragrance, and is excellent in water solubility as well as storage stability as the dissolution rate in water is 30 seconds or less. Further, the aqueous solution obtained by dissolving the solid composition in water is excellent in the effect of shielding the unpleasant or rejecting odor and taste of the iodine agent, and does not induce pain or irritation, resulting in respiratory infection.
