To provide a fatty liver and liver fibrosis evaluation system based on an impedance which can analyze a drug-induced fatty liver and liver fibrosis in a non-invasive and high-reproducibility form by using a three-dimensional liver microstructure.SOLUTION: A fatty liver and liver fibrosis evaluation system based on an impedance includes: a liver cell spheroid strain generation part including a first tube, and a second tube inserted into the first tube, and having a length shorter than that of the first tube; and an impedance measurement part connected to the liver cell spheroid strain generation part, and including an impedance analyzer for measuring an impedance of a liver cell spheroid. A fatty liver and a liver fibrosis are evaluated from the impedance which is measured by the impedance measurement part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
