To provide a voice review, log data collection, and analysis system which can collect and analyze a usage situation and evaluation data of extended functions and provide them as visualization data in a centralized manner.SOLUTION: In the voice review, log data collection, and analysis system 1, a platform server includes an extended function linking unit which links an extended function corresponding to a voice service, and a voice processing unit which provides the voice service. A user device includes an audio processor corresponding to the voice service. A common information management server includes: an API providing unit which collects log data, voice reviews and free comments by voice according to execution of the extended function from the user device when the extended function is executed regardless of a platform; an information extraction unit which extracts necessary information from the log data, voice reviews or free comments by voice collected from the user device; and a visualization data providing unit which creates and provides visualization data based on a result of analysis by analyzing the extracted information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
