To provide a summary creating server, a summary creating system and a summary creating method capable of creating summary information without a lack of an attention keyword when the attention keyword to which a summary requester pays attention is present in document information to be summarized.SOLUTION: A summary creating server 10 that creates, from document information 43 to be summarized, summary information 44 includes: a unique dictionary 42 which has an attention keyword KW to which a summary requester pays attention registered in a basic dictionary that is a general dictionary in a field handled by the summary requester, and which has the attention keyword KW registered with a higher importance level than those of the other words; and a summary creating unit 53 that creates the summary information 44 from the document information 43 using the unique dictionary 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
