A desiccant member comprising a polymeric material and a bentonite material is disclosed. The desiccant member can absorb moisture from an atmosphere containing siloxane, an organic compound having a boiling point higher than 60 ° C., or a mixture thereof. This desiccant member is stain resistant and can be renewable. This desiccant member can have a high working humidity capacity suitable for harsh environments.
