SOLUTION: There is provided a thermal spray coating of a multi-layer structured coating including an underlayer comprised of a thermal spray coating including an oxide of a rare earth element and a surface layer comprised of a thermal spray coating including a fluoride and/or an oxyfluoride of the rare earth element, wherein the thermal spray coating has a volume resistivity of 1×10- 1×10Ω cm at 23°C and a temperature coefficient of a volume resistivity of 0.1 - 10, the temperature coefficient being a ratio of the volume resistivity at 200°C divided by the volume resistivity at 23°C.EFFECT: A corrosion resistant coating can be provided that has an excellent electrical property including an excellent resistivity of 1×10- 1×10Ω×cm at 23°C, and a temperature coefficient of a volume resistivity of 0.1 - 10, the temperature coefficient being a ratio of the volume resistivity at 200°C divided by the volume resistivity at 23°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
