To provide a millimeter-wave band transmission line integrated low-loss flexible antenna.SOLUTION: Included are an antenna 110 and a transmission line 120 formed integrally with the antenna 110. The antenna 110 includes: a dielectric substrate made of a dielectric material having a certain thickness on a ground plate; a signal conversion unit, formed on the dielectric substrate, for converting an electric signal of a mobile communication terminal into an electromagnetic wave signal to radiate it in the air or receiving the electromagnetic wave signal in the air to convert it into the electric signal of the mobile communication terminal; and a power supply unit, formed on the dielectric substrate, connected to the signal conversion unit. The transmission line 120 includes: a central conductor, having one end connected to the power supply unit of the antenna, for transferring transmitted and received electrical signals; and an external conductor, having the same axis as the central conductor, surrounding the central conductor in the axial direction of the central conductor; and a dielectric material formed axially between the central conductor and the external conductor. The dielectric material is a nanostructured material formed by electrospinning a resin at high voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
